SOUND BACKGROUND
My TV career began in early 2000 working in video and film post production as a dialogue editor and foley recordist. I migrated to location sound recording and boom operating in 2005 and, found my natural home in the industry. I have now been an acting recordist for features, drama, commercial and television productions for the past 15 years. Please see my CV at the top of the page for more details on my experience.
Sound has been a passion for me from a very early age, from being in bands as a guitarist and singer songwriter and then performing as a DJ for the past 25 years at festivals and events across the globe. I actually began my career in local theatres, working in the sound department, and I developed my skills in live stage sound, mixing bands at festivals and events in clubs in London. I also studied sound and television production at University and subsequent training schemes.
